Rohan Ekam, an apartment project, is situated along the banks of the Mula River in Balewadi, Pune. The architects have made a conscious attempt to design the landscape to stimulate the senses and enhance and reinforce our inherent bond with nature.
One of its floors is elevated 14 stories above ground, creating a unique sky-level experience that breaks away from the typical high-rise design, making it more relatable and accessible.
This space features trees, park benches, and play areas—elements you would typically find on a ground floor. Of course, there is also a traditional ground floor at street level.

The shoot was done inside a studio with a blue screen backdrop and toughened glass floor. The actors walked on the glass floor and the blue screen later removed in post and replaced with a real sky image.
